State Alumni
Online Community
The Fulbright Community on State Alumni
strengthens the Fulbright experience before and after grantees return to their home countries. Current and former Fulbrighters can share and discuss their experiences and work with a global audience through discussion forums and the Fulbright Library
, broadening the impact of their grant work and generating positive feedback to enhance the Fulbright Program.
Topics of interest come to life through Q&A Live sessions with experts and access to free periodicals, journals and other media. There are also opportunities for professional development. Through the online community, Fulbrighters can network with alumni across the world, search job postings and find information about other grants.
Current and former Fulbright alumni who register for State Alumni also receive a FulbrightMail.org account, an email account on the Gmail (Google Mail) platform.
Current and former Fulbright English Teaching Assistants (ETAs) may also access the specialized Fulbright English Teaching Assistantships page
in the Fulbright Community on State Alumni to share teaching tips, lesson plans and English-language resources and to discuss their experience in the classroom with other Fulbright ETAs.
The Fulbright Community
is hosted by State Alumni
, an exclusive web-based community created by and for current and former participants of all U.S. government exchange programs.
