American Students 

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is administered by the Institute of International Education (IIE). In Bangladesh, Fulbright U.S. students are supported by the U.S. Embassy in Dhaka.

Fulbright U.S. Student Program
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers fellowships for U.S. graduating college seniors, graduate students, young professionals, and artists to study abroad for one academic year. In addition, Critical Language Enhancement Awards are available to grantees for study of critical need foreign languages before their grant period.

For the academic year 2007-2008, six U.S. students were awarded new Fulbright grants to Bangladesh.
