Country Programs in the Western Hemisphere
		The Fulbright Program offers a variety of exchange opportunities for students, scholars and teachers between individual countries in the Western Hemisphere and the United States.  If you are a U.S. citizen interested in a Fulbright grant to a certain country or territory, choose that country or territory. If you are a non-U.S. citizen interested in a Fulbright grant to the U.S., choose your home country or territory. Citizens of Antigua/Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts/Nevis, St. Lucia/St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Americans interested in going to these countries may apply through the Barbados Program.

		Several countries in the Western Hemisphere have binational Fulbright Commissions.  These commissions play an important role in the creation, administration, and promotion of Fulbright Programs.
