Europe and Eurasia
Europe and Eurasia
The Fulbright Program offers a variety of exchange opportunities between countries and areas in Europe and Eurasia and the United States for students, scholars and teachers.
Country Programs
If you are a U.S. citizen interested in a Fulbright grant to a certain country, choose that country or area from the list on the left or from the map below.
If you are a non-U.S. citizen interested in a Fulbright grant to the U.S., choose your home country or area from the list on the left or from the map below. Citizens of EU member countries may also consult opportunities available to all EU citizens by selecting "European Union" from the list on the left.
Regional Programs
If you are a U.S. citizen interested in a multiple country grant to European Union member states or interested in researching EU affairs, please select "European Union" from the list on the left.
U.S. graduating seniors, graduate students and young professionals may propose projects in 2 to 3 countries in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. More information on Fulbright U.S. Student Program regional awards![]()

If a country in Europe and Eurasia is not on the list to the left, the Fulbright Program is not active there.
